Responsibilities

Manage and oversee operations of projects. Responsible for owner negotiations and will be involved in the preconstruction aspect of the project, working with the estimating department to establish the project budget (G.M.P). During the construction phase, responsible for project management and coordination, contract negotiations, review of submittals, shop drawings and pay requests, schedule compliance, and cost control. Serve as the point of contact with the owner and architect.

Prepare estimates or budgets for the owners with the estimated quantities (takeoff).
